It’s so nice to meet you.
I have always been skinny all my life. But what I didn’t know is that I was skinny-fat. I was unhealthy and had no physical strength.
In 2009, my roommate at that time, asked if I wanted to go for a run. I said yes thinking “oh, this will be easy”. Literally, 5 houses later, I was sitting on the curb, trying to catch my breath and embarrassed. And that was the beginning of everything. This became my driving force to be healthy.
Fast forward to now, being healthy is my sole purpose. It starts with me, then I pass it along to people around me, family and friends and clients.
My training has evolved through-out the years but they all have one thing in common — FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS. My training programs are created to make you stronger but also keep the functionality and reasoning behind each movement.
As a fitness trainer with 12+ years of experience, my ultimate goal is to educate and expand one’s belief of “being healthy”. There are many components with this phrase and I want to enable you to enjoy this life the best you can because your body is capable of doing so.
In January 2021, I became a mom and this has opened up new opportunities for me — which led me to pursue my Pre and Post Natal Certifications (in the process).
